The eReception Site Attendance Management System provides Schools and Colleges with an automated mechanism for monitoring the arrival and departure of students, staff and visitors. 

The system can use the School's existing student ID card system, can be integrated with the Learning Resource Centre borrowing system provided by us as a separate product, or can be run stand-alone.

The system provides the following features:

• multiple sign-in/sign-out sites are supported, linking to a central database

• messages specific to the individual, form, year or school are displayed when users sign-in and out

• the ability to input authorised absences for groups or individuals in advance or retrospectively

• administrators access this information in real-time

• temporary ID cards can be quickly and simply produced for visitors or in the event of a user forgetting their ID card

• a report of students, visitors etc currently on site can be produced immediately in the event of an emergency evacuation

• comprehensive reporting facilities showing

• statistical analysis of student attendance records

eReception and EMA

An optional EMA module is available to facilitate the capture and reporting of EMA statistics as required by the Department of Education EMA scheme.
